নোয়াখালীতে লকডাউন শিথিল হওয়ায় দিনদিন বেড়েই চলছে করোনাভাইরাস আক্রান্তের সংখ্যা। এরই মধ্যে সারাদেশের মতো নোয়াখালীতে খুলছে মার্কেট ও দোকানপাট। কিন্তু কোথাও সামাজিক দুরুত্ব মানা হচ্ছে না । জেলার মাইজদী, চৌমুহনীতে মার্কেট ও বিভিন্ন দোকানপাটসহ  রাস্তাঘাটে মানুষের ভিড় লক্ষ করা গেছে।

নোয়াখালীতে নতুন করে আরো ১৪ জন করোনা ভাইরাসে আক্রান্ত হয়েছে। এ নিয়ে জেলায় মোট আক্রান্তের সংখ্যা ৬৯ জন।

বুধবার বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করেছেন জেলা সিভিল সার্জন মোমিনুর রহমান।

তিনি বলেন, গত ১১ মে তাদের শরীরে নমুনা সংগ্রহ করি পরে ১২ মে রাতে তাদের রিপোর্ট আসলে তাতে করোনা পজিটিভ আসে। আক্রান্তদের মধ্যে বিভিন্ন শ্রেনী পেশার মানুষ রয়েছেন । তাদের মধ্যে ৫ জনকে মাইজদী শহীদ ভুলু স্টেডিয়ামে স্থাপিত অস্থায়ী করোনা ভাইরাস হাসপাতালের আইসোলেশনে রাখা হয়েছে। ৫২ জন
নিজ বাড়ীতে চিকিৎসা সেবা নিচ্ছেন। ৯ জন সুস্থ হয়ে বাড়ী ফিরে গেছেন ও ৩ জন করোনা আক্রান্ত হয়ে মারা গেছেন।

তিনি আরও বলেন, শনাক্ত হওয়া প্রায় সবাই জ্বর ও কাশিতে ভুগছিল। এমন খবরের ভিত্তিতে তাদের বাড়ীতে স্বাস্থ্য কর্মী পাঠিয়ে নমুনা সংগ্রহ করা হয়েছিল।সে নমুনায় তাদের করোনা পজিটিভ আসে।

The number of coronavirus cases is increasing day by day due to relaxation of lockdown in Noakhali. In the meantime, markets and shops are opening in Noakhali like all over the country. But nowhere is social distance being acknowledged. Crowds of people have been noticed in the streets including markets and various shops in Maijdi and Chaumuhani of the district.

In Noakhali, 14 more people have been newly infected with the corona virus. The total number of victims in the district is 69.

District Civil Surgeon Mominur Rahman confirmed the matter on Wednesday.

He said that after collecting samples from their bodies on May 11, their report on the night of May 12 actually came out as corona positive. The victims include people from different walks of life. Five of them have been kept in isolation from the temporary corona virus hospital at Maizdi Shaheed Bhulu Stadium. 52 people

Taking medical care at home. 9 people recovered and returned home and 3 people died due to corona.

He added that almost everyone who was identified was suffering from fever and cough. On the basis of such news, the health workers were sent to their house and the samples were collected.
