নোয়াখালীতে জাতীয় পতাকা সঠিক নিয়মে উত্তোলন না করার দায়ে ১১ প্রতিষ্ঠানকে ৮ হাজার ৩০০টাকা জরিমানা করেছে জেলা প্রশাসনের ভ্রাম্যমাণ আদালত। ভ্রাম্যমাণ আদালতের ম্যাজিষ্ট্রেট মো: রোকনুজ্জামান খান এ আদালত পরিচালনা করেন।
সোমবার সকাল থেকে দুুুপুর পর্যন্ত সোনাপুর জিরো পয়েন্ট থেকে শুরু করে জেলা শহর মাইজদী বাজার পর্যন্ত এ অভিযান পরিচালনা করা হয়।
ভ্রাম্যমাণ আদালতের নির্বাহী ম্যাজিষ্ট্রেট মো: রোকনুজ্জামান খান জানান, গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের জাতীয় পতাকা বিধি অনুযায়ী বাংলাদেশ জাতীয় সঙ্গীত, পতাকা ও প্রতীক আদেশ ১৯৭২ এবং গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের জাতীয় পতাকা বিধিমালা ১৯৭২ অনুযায়ী সূর্যোদয়ের সাথে সাথে জাতীয় পতাকা উত্তোলন না করা, ছেঁড়া জাতীয় পতাকা উত্তোলণ করা, স্থাপনা স্পর্শ করে জাতীয় পতাকা উত্তোলণ করা, বিজয় দিবসে জাতীয় পতাকা অর্ধনমিত রাখার দায়ে ও গণ সচেতনতা সৃষ্টি কার্যক্রমের অংশ হিসেবে ১১ প্রতিষ্ঠানকে ৮ হাজার ৩০০টাকা জরিমানা করা হয়।
অভিযানে আদালতকে সহযোগিতা করেন, সিনিয়র জেলা তথ্য অফিসার কৃপাময় চাকমা এবং আইন শৃঙ্খলা রক্ষায় সহযোগিতা করেন, সুধারাম মডেল থানা পুলিশ।
