নোয়াখালীর ভাসানচরে দ্বিতীয় দফায় ২৭৭ জন রোহিঙ্গাকে পাঠানো হলো

বঙ্গোপসাগরে বাংলাদেশের জলসীমায় ভাসতে থাকা ২৭৭ রোহিঙ্গাদের আরো একটি দলকে নোয়াখালীর হাতিয়ার ভাসানচরে স্থানান্তর করা হয়েছে। এ দলটিতে নারী-পুরুষ ও শিশুসহ মোট ২৭৭ জন সদস্য রয়েছে। এর আগে গত ৩ মে প্রথম দফায় ২৯ জন রোহিঙ্গাকে ভাষানচরে পাঠনো হয় ।

শুক্রবার দুপুরে দিকে ওই রোহিঙ্গার দলটিকে নৌবাহিনী সদস্যরা ভাসানচরে নিয়ে যান। তার আগে কক্সবাজারের বঙ্গোপসাগরে বোটে ভাসমান অবস্থা থেকে তাঁদের উদ্ধার করা হয়।

নোয়াখালীর জেলা পুলিশ সুপার আলমগীর হোসেন জানান, নোয়াখালীর হাতিয়ার ভাসানচরে রোহিঙ্গাদের ২৭৭ সদস্যের আরো একটি দলকে আনা হয়েছে। সাগরে বোটে ভাসতে দেখে রোহিঙ্গাদের দলটিকে নৌবাহিনীর উদ্ধার করে। এরপর তাঁদের শুক্রবার দুপুরে ভাসানচর নিয়ে আশ্রয় দেওয়া হয়েছে। তাদের নিরাপত্তায় নৌবাহিনী ও ৫০ জন পুলিশ সদস্য মোতায়েন করা হয়েছে। তিনি জানান, উদ্ধার করা দলটিতে ৯২ জন পুরুষ, ১৫৭ জন নারী ও ২৮ জন শিশু রয়েছে। ভাষানচরে রোহিঙ্গা  ক্যাম্পে

সবমিলিয়ে রোহিঙ্গা রয়েছে ৩০৬ জন ।

দলটির সদস্যদের আশ্রায়ন প্রকল্পের একটি ক্লাষ্টার হাউজে আলাদা আলাদা রাখা হয়েছে। তাদের খাবার-দাবারের ব্যবস্থা সরকারিভাবে করা হচ্ছে।

Another group of 277Rohingyas floating in the waters of Bangladesh in the Bay of Bengal has been shifted to Hatiyar Bhasanchar in Noakhali. The team has a total of 277 members including men, women and children. Earlier, on May 3, 29 Rohingyas were sent to Bahasanchar in the first phase.

The Rohingya group was taken to Bhasanchar by the navy members around noon on Friday. Earlier, they were rescued from a boat floating in the Bay of Bengal in Cox's Bazar.

Noakhali District Superintendent of Police Alamgir Hossain said another 28-member group of Rohingyas had been brought to Hatiyar Bhasanchar in Noakhali. Seeing the boat floating in the sea, the navy rescued the group of Rohingyas. They were then given shelter with Bhasanchar on Friday afternoon. Navy and 50 police personnel have been deployed for their security. He said the rescued team included 92 men, 158 women and 28 children. In the Rohingya camp in Bahanchar

In all, there are 306 Rohingyas.

The members of the group have been kept separately in a cluster house of the shelter project. Their meals are being arranged officially.
