নারায়নগঞ্জ থেকে নোয়াখালীতে আসা ব্যক্তির করোনা সনাক্ত, বাড়ি লগডাউন , The corona of the person who came to Noakhali from Narayanganj was identified and the house was logged down

নোয়াখালীর বেগমগঞ্জ উপজেলার জিরতলী ইউনিয়নের রঘুরামপুরে নারায়নগঞ্জ থেকে পালিয়ে আসা এক যুবক (৩৫) এর শরীরে করোনা সনাক্ত হয়েছে। এনিয়ে নোয়াখালীতে ৬জনের করোনা আক্রান্ত সনাক্ত হয়েছে।

বুধবার বিকালে যুবকের বাড়িটি লগডাউন করে দিয়েছেন উপজেলা প্রশাসন।

বেগমগঞ্জ থানার ওসি হারুন আর রশিদ চৌধুরী জানান, ওই আক্রান্ত যুবক নারায়নগঞ্জে থাকতেন। মঙ্গলবার রাতে গোপনে সেখান থেকে পালিয়ে  গ্রামের বাড়িতে চলে আসেন। খবর পেয়ে বুধবার সকালে উপজেলা প্রশাসন গঠিত জিরতলী ইউনিয়ন স্বেচ্ছাসেবকরা ওই যুবকের বাড়িতে যান।

তারা ওই যুবককে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদে সে জানায় নারায়নগঞ্জ থেকে পালিয়ে এসেছেন এবং সেখানে করোনা পরীক্ষার জন্য নমুনা দিয়ে এসেছেন। বুধবার বিকেলের দিকে সেই পরীক্ষার রিপোর্টে করোনা প্রজেটিভ বলে তার মোবাইল  ফোনে এসএমএস আসে।

পরে স্বেচ্ছাসেবকদের মাধ্যমে জানতে পেরে সেখানে উপস্থিত হন বেগমগঞ্জ উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার মাহবুব আলম, বেগমগঞ্জ থানার ওসি হারুন -অর-রশীদ, বেগমগঞ্জ উপজেলা স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিবার পরিকল্পনা কর্মকর্তা অসীম কুমার দাস, জিরতলী ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান রফিকুল ইসলাম মিলনসহ প্রশাসনের কর্মকর্তারা। তারা ওই যুবক ও তার পরিবারের সদস্যদের হোম কোয়ারেন্টাইন এবং ওই বাড়িটি লগডাউন ঘোষনা করেন।

বেগমগঞ্জ উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার মাহবুব আলম বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করে জানান, আমরা আপাতত ওই যুবক ও তার পরিবারের সদস্যদের হোম কোয়ারেন্টাইনে থাকার নির্দেশ দিয়েছি ও তাদের বাড়িটি লগডাউন করেছি।। প্রয়োজনে আক্রান্ত যুবককে উপজেলা স্বাস্থ্য কমপ্লেক্সে স্থাপিত আইশোলেশনে রাখা হবে।

Corona has been found in the body of a 35-year-old man who fled from Narayanganj at Raghurampur in Noakhali's Begumganj upazila. As a result, 6 people have been diagnosed with corona in Noakhali.

The upazila administration logged down the youth's house on Wednesday afternoon.

Begumganj Police Station OC Harun R Rashid Chowdhury said the victim lived in Narayanganj. On Tuesday night, he secretly fled from there and returned to his village home. After receiving the news, the volunteers of Jirtali Union formed by the upazila administration went to the house of the youth on Wednesday morning.

They interrogated the young man and told him that he had fled from Narayanganj and had come there with samples for corona test. On Wednesday afternoon, an SMS came to his mobile phone saying that the test report was not positive.

After learning about it through volunteers, Begumganj Upazila Executive Officer Mahbub Alam, Begumganj Police Station OC Harun-ur-Rashid, Begumganj Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Asim Kumar Das, Jirtali Union Parishad Chairman Rafiqul Islam Milon and other administration officials arrived. They announced the home quarantine of the young man and his family members and the house was logged down.

Begumganj Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mahbub Alam confirmed the matter and said, "We have instructed the youth and his family members to stay in the home quarantine for the time being and logged down their house." If necessary, the affected youth will be kept in isolation at the Upazila Health Complex.
