নোয়াখালীর সদর উপজেলায় অস্ত্রহ ২ যুবককে আটক করেছে সুধারাম থানা পুলিশ।এ সময় তাদের কাছ থেকে ১টি এলজি, ২রাউন্ড গুলি জব্দ করা হয়।
সোমবার (১৬ ডিসেম্বর) রাত সাড়ে ১১টার দিকে উপজেলার দাঁদপুর ইউনিয়নে বারাহী পুর ৮নং ওয়ার্ড থেকে স্থানীয় এলাকাবাসী তাদের আটক করে পুলিশে সোপর্দ করে।
আটককৃতরা হলেন, দাঁদপুর ইউনিয়নের সহিদ উল্যার ছেলে সুজন ( ২৭), ও একই এলাকার মৃত কিরন মাষ্টারের ছেলে শাকিল ( ২৯)।
সুধারাম মডেল থানার অফিসার ইনচার্জ (ওসি) মো. নবীর হোসেন ঘটনার সত্যতা নিশ্চিত করে বলেন, অস্ত্রসহ আটককৃত যুবকদের বিরুদ্ধে ১টি অস্ত্র মামলাসহ আগেরও ২টি মামলা রয়েছে। তারা এলাকার চিহিৃত সন্ত্রাসী। আটক যুবকদের বিরুদ্ধে অস্ত্র আইনে একটি মামলা দায়ের করা হয়েছে। মঙ্গলবার দুপুরে আদালতের মাধ্যমে জেলা কারাগারে প্রেরণ করা হবে।

Sudharam police have arrested two youths with weapons in Sadar upazila of Noakhali. Four LG, 2 rounds were seized from them.
The locals of Barahi Pur-1 ward of Dhadpur Union Upazila arrested them and handed them over to the police on Monday (December December).
The detainees were identified as Sujan, 27, son of Shahid Ullah of Dhadanpur union, and Shakil, 27, son of Kiran Master, who was killed in the same area.
Officer-in-charge of Sudharam Model Police Station (OC) Nabir Hossain confirmed the incident and said that there were two previous cases, including five weapons cases against youths arrested with weapons. They have been suing the Arms Act against the youths who were arrested by the identified terrorist terrorists in the area. He will be taken to the district jail on Tuesday afternoon.
