নোয়াখালীতে গর্ভবতী মায়ের জন্য এফপিএবির আর্থিক অনুদান ও ঔষুদ হস্তান্তর অনুষ্ঠান, FPAB financial donation and drug transfer program for pregnant mothers in Noakhali

নোয়াখালীতে বাংলাদেশ পরিবার পরিকল্পনা সমিতির (এফপিএবি) পক্ষ থেকে হতদরিদ্র গর্ভবতী মায়েদের আর্থিক অনুদান ও ঔষুদ প্রদান করা হয়েছে।

মঙ্গলবার সকালে জেলা শহর মাইজদীতে এফপিএবি সভাকক্ষে আয়োজিত অনুষ্ঠানে সমিতির হতদরিদ্র গর্ভকালীন নির্যাতন প্রতিরোধ ও নিরাপদ প্রসব সহযোগিতা প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে ২০ জন হতদরিদ্র গর্ভবতী মাকে এ অনুদান ও ঔষুদ প্রদান করা হয়। তাদের প্রত্যেককে নগদ ১৫শ টাকা ও গর্ভকারীন সময়ে প্রয়োজনীয় বিভিন্ন ঔষদ প্রদান করা হয়। 

অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি ছিলেন জেলা প্রশাসক তন্ময় দাস। এফপিএবি নোয়াখালী জেলা শাখার সভাপতি অ্যাডভোকেট ফিরোজ আলম আজাদের সভাপতিত্বে ও জেলা কর্মকর্তা ডা: নুরুল মোহাম্মদ নুরুল আলমের সঞ্চালনায় অনুষ্ঠানে বিশেষ অতিথি ছিলেন সিভিল সার্জন ডঃ মো: মোমিনুর রহমান, জেলা পরিবার পরিকল্পনা অধিদপ্তরের উপ পরিচালক একেএম জহিরুল ইসলাম।

In Noakhali, the Bangladesh Family Planning Association (FPAB) has provided financial grants and medicines to poor pregnant mothers.

The grants and medicines were provided to 20 poor pregnant mothers through the Association's Prevention of Poor Childhood Abuse and Safe Delivery Assistance Program at the FPAB meeting in the district city of Maizadi on Tuesday morning. Each of them is given Tk 500 in cash and various medicines required during pregnancy.

Deputy Commissioner Tanmay Das was the chief guest on the occasion. Civil Surgeon Dr Md. Mominur Rahman, Deputy Director of District Family Planning Department AKM Zahir, was the special guest on the occasion chaired by FPAB Noakhali District Branch President Advocate Feroz Alam Azad and District Officer Dr. Nurul Mohammad Nurul Alam.
