নোয়াখালীতে পঞ্চম শ্রেণির ছাত্রী ধর্ষণের অভিযোগে যুবক গ্রেপ্তার, arrested a young man for raping a fifth-grade student

নোয়াখালীতে পঞ্চম শ্রেণির এক ছাত্রী (১২) কে আটক রেখে ধর্ষণের অভিযোগে সাইফুল ইসলাম (৩০) নামের এক যুবককে গ্রেপ্তার করেছে নোয়াখালী সুধারাম মডেল থানা পুলিশ। এ ঘটনায় সাইফুলকে প্রধান আসামী করে সাত জনের বিরুদ্ধে মামলা দায়ের করেছে ভিকটিমের মা।

বৃহস্পতিবার (২৬ ডিসেম্বর) দুপুরে গ্রেপ্তারকৃত সাইফুলকে কারাগারে প্রেরণ ও বিচারিক আদালতে ২২ধারায় ভিকটিমের জবানবন্দী রেকর্ড করা হয়েছে। গ্রেপ্তারকৃত সাইফুল ইসলাম জেলার সেনবাগ উপজেলার নবীপুর ইউনিয়নের বৃষ্ণপুর গ্রামের বালি বাড়ীর মৃত আব্দুল গফুরের ছেলে। মামলার অপর আসামীরা হচ্ছেন, মিরাজ হোসেন, কামাল ডাক্তার, কবির হোসেন, জাকের হোসেন, মাস্টার ও ফারুক।

অভিযোগ সূত্রে জানা যায়, বেগমগঞ্জ উপজেলার কাদিরপুর ইউনিয়নের কাদিরপুর পাটোয়ারী বাড়ীর দরজা সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের পঞ্চম শ্রেণির ছাত্রী (১২) এর সাথে মোবাইলে কথা বলতো মিরাজ হোসেন নামের এক যুবক। এর সূত্র ধরে গত ২১ডিসেম্বর শনিবার দুপুরে ভিকটিমকে মোবাইলে স্থানীয় কুতুবেরহাট বাজারে ডেকে আনে সাইফুল।

 পরে মিরাজ মাইজদীতে আছে সেখানে যাওয়ার পর তাদের বিয়ে হবে বলে মাস্টার নামের এক সিএনজি চালকের গাড়ীতে ভিকটিমকে তুলে দেয় সাইফুল। মাস্টার ভিকটিমকে নিয়ে কবিরহাট হয়ে বিভিন্ন স্থানে ঘুরে রাত ৮টার দিকে মাইজদী পারিবারিক বডিং এ নিয়ে যায়। পরে বডিং এ স্বামী-স্ত্রী পরিচয় দিয়ে কৌশলে সাইফুল তাকে আটকে রেখে ধর্ষণ করে বলে অভিযোগ ভিকটিমের। পরের দিন রবিবার সকালে সিএনজি চালক মাস্টার বাড়ীতে নিয়ে ভিকটিমকে আটক রেখে পরের দিন সকালে মাস্টার, কামাল ডাক্তার, কবির ও জাকের ভিকটিমকে তাদের বাড়ীর সামনে রেখে পালিয়ে যায়।

সুধারাম মডেল থানার উপ-পরিদর্শক (এসআই) মো. শাহ আলম বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করে জানান, ঘটনায় বুধবার রাতে ভিকটিমের মা বাদী হয়ে সাইফুলকে প্রধান আসামী করে সাত জনের বিরুদ্ধে সুধারাম মডেল থানায় মামলা দায়ের করেন। রাতে অভিযান চালিয়ে সাইফুলকে গ্রেপ্তার করা হয়েছে। মামলার অন্য আসামীদের গ্রেপ্তারে অভিযান চলছে। ভিকটিকে ডাক্তারি পরীক্ষার জন্য হাসপাতালে প্রেরণ করা হয়েছে।

Noakhali Sudharam Model Police Station has arrested a young man named Saiful Islam (1) for raping a fifth-grade student (12) in Noakhali. Victim's mother has filed a case against Saiful, the main accused in the case.

Saiful, who was arrested on Thursday (December 27th), was sent to jail and a verdict has been recorded in section 22 of the judicial court. The arrested Saiful is the son of deceased Abdul Gafur of Bali home of Vrishnapur village of Nabipur union of Senbagh upazila of Islam district. The other accused in the case are Miraj Hossain, Kamal Doctor, Kabir Hossain, Zakir Hossain, Master and Farooq.

According to the complaint, a young man named Miraj Hossain used to talk to a fifth grade student of the government primary school at Kadirpur Patwari home of Kadirpur union of Begamganj upazila. According to sources, Saiful called the local Qutuberhat market on Saturday, December 25 at noon.

 Later, after going to Mirage in Maizadi, they would marry them, said a CNG driver named Master. Master Victim was taken to Kabirhat and taken to Maizadi Family Bedding at around 9pm. Victim alleged that Saiful had arrested her husband and wife in the plot and then raped her. The next morning, the CNG driver took the victim to the master's house and detained the victim the next morning, leaving the master, Kamal doctor, Kabir and Zakir Victim in front of their house.

Sudharam Model Police Sub-Inspector (SI) Md. Shah Alam confirmed that the victim's mother filed a case against Sudharam Model Police Station against Saiful as the main accused on Wednesday night. Saiful was arrested during the night raid. An operation is underway to arrest the other accused. Vic was sent to the hospital for medical examination.
