নোয়াখালীতে বিআরবি ও বিজলী ব্রান্ডের নকল ক্যাবল ও এনার্জি লাইট তৈরির দায়ে ৪ জনকে সাজা , 4 convicted for making fake cables and energy lights of BRB and electricity brands in Noakhali

নোয়াখালীর সোনাপুর ও চৌমুহনী এলাকায় অভিযান চালিয়ে বিআরবি ও আরএফএল এর নকল কেবল বিক্রয় ও মুন সুপার স্টার এনার্জি লাইট তৈরির দায়ে  ৪জনকে বিভিন্ন মেয়াদে সাজা দিয়েছে ভ্রাম্যমান আদালত। 

সকাল ১০টা থেকে বিকাল ৪টা পর্যন্ত নোয়াখালীর সদর উপজেলার সোনাপুর ও বেগমগঞ্জ উপজেলার চৌমুহনী এলাকায় এ পরিচালনা করা হয়।

এসময় ভ্রাম্যমান আদালত পরিচালনা করেন জেলা ম্যাজিস্ট্রেটের কার্যালয়ের এক্সিকিউটিভ ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট  মো: রোকনুজ্জামান খান।

ভ্রাম্যমান আদালত সুত্রে জানা যায়, আরএফএল কোম্পানীর নকল বিজলী ক্যাবল বিক্রয় ও মুন সুপার স্টার এনার্জি লাইট তৈরি ও প্যাকেটজাতকরণ করে বিক্রয়ের দায়ে আমান ইলেক্ট্রিকের সত্বাধিকারী আমান উল্লাহ (১৮) কে ভোক্তা অধিকার সংরক্ষণ আইন ২০০৯ এর ৪১ ও ৫১ ধারায় ৭ মাসের বিনাশ্রম করাদন্ড প্রদান করা হয়।

বিআরবি ব্রান্ডের নকল ক্যাবল মজুদ ও বিক্রয়ের দায়ে নোয়াখালী ইলেক্ট্রিকের সত্ত্বাধিকারী মো: শামসুল আরেফিন (২৭), বিনিময় ইলেক্ট্রিকের সত্ত্বাধিকারী মোশারেফ হোসেন (৩৮) ও আব্দুল্লাহ ইলেক্ট্রিকের সত্ত্বাধিকারী মো: ইউসুফ দুলাল কে প্রত্যেককে ৬ মাস করে কারাদন্ড প্রদান করা হয়।  

 এসময় মোবাইল কোর্ট চলাকালীন ৪টি  প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে দুটি ব্রান্ডের ৩০৯ কয়েল ক্যাবল জব্দ  করে। 

আদালত পরিচালনার সময় উপস্থিত ছিলেন এক্সিকিউটিভ ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট মো: ইমামুল হাফিজ নাদিম। আদালত পরিচালনায় সহযোগিতা করেন র‌্যাব-১১ (লক্ষèীপুর) কোম্পানি কমান্ডার সালেহ আহমেদ (এএসপি) এবং বিজলী ক্যাবল ও বিআরবি ক্যাবল এর কর্মকর্তাগণ।

A mobile court has sentenced seven people to different motions for selling fake copies of BRB and RFL and making super star energy lights in Noakhali's Sonapur and Choumuhani areas.

It was operated from 9am to 5pm in Noaphali Sadar upazila of Sonpur and Chaumuhani areas of Begamganj upazila.

During this period, the mobile court operated by the Executive Magistrate of the District Magistrate Md. Rokonuzzaman Khan.

According to a mobile court, Aman Ullah (1), the owner of Aman Electric, was given a 6-month non-tax imprisonment under section 2 and 3 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act. .

Mohammad Shamsul Arefin, 25, owner of Noakhali Electric, Mosharraf Hossain, 8, and Abdullah Electric, the owner of Noakhali Electric, were awarded for the sale and sale of counterfeit cables of BRB brand.

 During this period mobile court seized 4 coil cables of two brands from 4 companies.

Executive Magistrate Md. Immul Hafiz Nadim was present during the court proceedings. Assisted in the operation of the court was RAB-11 (Lakh 3pur) Company Commander Saleh Ahmed (ASP) and officials of Bijli Cable and BRB Cable.
