বার বার ভিপি নুরুল হক ও ছাত্র অধিকার পরিষদের নেতাকর্মীদের উপর হামলার প্রতিবাদে নোয়াখালীতে মানববন্ধন-সমাবেশ হয়েছে। সোমবার নোয়াখালী প্রেসক্লাবের সামনের সড়কে ছাত্র অধিকার পরিষদ নোয়াখালী শাখার উদ্যোগে এ কর্মসূচি পালিত হয়।

সংগঠনের জেলা কমিটির আহ্বায়ক আব্দুর জাহেরের সভাপতিত্বে কর্মসূচিতে বক্তব্য রাখেন, মো. শামীম, আরিপ ও ফরহাদসহ অনেকে। 

বক্তারা বলেন- ভিপি নুরুল হক, ছাত্র অধিকারের নেতা হাসান আল মামুন, তুহিন ফরাবি, সহেলসহ সাধারণ শিক্ষার্থীদের অধিকার নিয়ে যারা কথা বলছে তাদের উপর বার বার হামলা চালাচ্ছে একটি দুর্বৃত্ত চক্র। বারবার হামলার শিকার হলেও কোনো ব্যবস্থাই নিচ্ছে না প্রশাসন। কর্মসূচিতে অংশগ্রহণকারীরা এমন হামলার তীব্র নিন্দা জানান, একই সঙ্গে জড়িতদের আইনের আওতায় এনে দৃষ্টান্তমূলক শাস্তির দাবিও জানান তারা।

Human rights rally has been held in Noakhali in protest against repeated attacks on VP Nurul Haque and the activists of the student rights council. The program was celebrated on Monday at the initiative of the Student Rights Council Noakhali branch on the front street of Noakhali Press Club.

Speaking on the program chaired by the district committee convenor Abdur Zaheer, Md. Shamim, Arip and many others including Farhad.

The speakers said that a vicious cycle of repeated attacks on the rights of ordinary students, including VP Nurul Haque, student rights leader Hasan Al Mamun, Tuhin Farabi, Sahel and others. Despite repeated attacks, the administration is not taking any action. Participants in the program strongly condemned such attacks, while at the same time demanding exemplary punishment for those involved under the law.
