নোয়াখালীর বিচ্ছিন্ন দ্বীপ উপজেলা হাতিয়ার চরকিং ইউনিয়নে অভিযান চালিয়ে নাছির উদ্দিন (৩৪) ও মনির উদ্দিন (২৪) নামের দুই ভাইকে আটক করেছে কোস্টগার্ড। এসময় তাদের কাছ থেকে ৭৮পিস ইয়াবা উদ্ধার করা হয়েছে।
বুধবার ভোরে আনামিয়া গ্রামে অভিযান চালিয়ে তাদের আটক করা হয়। আটককৃতরা হচ্ছেন, ওই গ্রামের নূরুল ইসলামের ছেলে নাছির উদ্দিন ও মনির উদ্দিন।
কোস্টগার্ড হাতিয়ার স্টেশন অফিসার লে. মেহেদী হাসান বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করে জানান, গোপন সংবাদের ভিত্তিতে মাদক কারবারি নাছির ও মনিরের বাড়ীতে অভিযান চালানো হয়। এসময় তাদের বসত ঘরে তল্লাশি চালিয়ে ৭৮পিস ইয়াবাসহ তাদের দুইজনকে আটক করা হয়েছে। এ ঘটনায় আটককৃতদের বিরুদ্ধে মাদকদ্রব্য নিয়ন্ত্রণ আইনে মামলা দায়ের করা হয়েছে।

Coast Guard has arrested two brothers, Nasir Uddin (5) and Monir Uddin (25), during a raid on the Charkking Union of Hatia, an isolated island upazila in Noakhali. During that time, 7 pieces of Yaba were recovered from them.
They were arrested on Wednesday morning in the village of Anamia. The detainees are Nasir Uddin and Monir Uddin, sons of Nurul Islam of the village.
Coast Guard tool station officer Lt. Mehdi Hassan confirmed that the drug traffickers raided the house of Nasir and Monir on the basis of secret news. During the search of their residence, two men, including 5-year-old Yaba, were arrested. A case has been filed against the detainees under the Drug Control Act.
