সরকারের ডিজিটাল সেবা জনগনের দ্বোর গোড়ায় পৌঁছানোর লক্ষ্যে সারাদেশের ন্যায় নোয়াখালীতে ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ দিবস উপলক্ষ্যে র্যালি ও সেমিনার অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে। র্যালিতে বিভিন্ন সরকারী-বেসরকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানে উর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তা, বিভিন্ন শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের শিক্ষার্থীরা অংশ গ্রহন করে।
র্যালিটি জেলা প্রশাসক কার্যালয়ের সামনে থেকে বের হয়ে শহরের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সড়ক প্রদক্ষিণ করে পুনরায় একই স্থানে এসে শেষ হয়। পরে জেলা প্রশাসক সম্মেলন কক্ষে সত্য মিথ্যা যাচাই আগে, ইন্টারনেটে শেয়ার পরে এ বিষয়ে এক সেমিনার অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।
এ সময় উপস্থিত ছিলেন, জেলা প্রশাসক তন্ময় দাস, অতিরিক্ত পুলিশ সুপার জেলা দীপক জ্যেতি খিসা, জেলা তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি অধিদপ্তর এর প্রোগ্রামার এএসএমহোসনে মোবারক

In order to reach the doorsteps of the government's digital services, rallies and seminars have been organized on the occasion of Digital Bangladesh Day in Noakhali like the country. Senior officials, students from different educational institutions participated in the rallies.
