গত ৯ ডসিম্বের নাগরকি টভিতিে প্রচারতি নোয়াখালীর ইতহিাস-ঐতহ্যি,ভাষা ও সংস্কৃতকিে অবজ্ঞা করে কুমল্লিা জলোর তথাকথতি পরচিালক স্ম্যাক আজাদ র্কতৃক নর্মিতি “নোয়াখালী বভিাগ চাই নামক নাটকটি প্রচারতি হয়।
যে নাটকে নোয়াখালী ইতহিাস-ঐতহ্যি,ভাষা ও সংস্কৃতকিে বকিৃত করে সমগ্র নোয়াখালীবাসীকে চরমভাবে অপমান করা হয়। উক্ত নাটকটি প্রযোজনা করে এন আর মডিয়িা। এতে করে সমগ্র নোয়াখালীবাসীর মধ্যে নন্দিার ঝড় উঠে এবং সন্মলিতিভাবে এই নাটকরে বরিুদ্ধে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণরে সদ্ধিান্ত গৃহতি হয়।
সকালে নোয়াখালীর র্সববৃহৎ সামাজকি সংগঠন “নরিাপদ নোয়াখালী চাই এর উদ্যোগে বর্তিকতি নাটকরে পরচিালক স্ম্যাক আজাদসহ তার দোসরদরে বরিুদ্ধে নোয়াখালীবাসীর পক্ষে বাদী হয়ে জলো ম্যাজস্ট্রিটে র্কোটে ডজিটিাল নরিাপত্ত আইনে মামলা দায়রে করনে নরিাপদ নোয়াখালী চাই সংগঠন এর প্রতষ্ঠিাতা চয়োরম্যান মোঃ সাইফুর রহমান রাসলে। বাদী পক্ষরে মামলার আইনজীবী ছলিনে আশ্রাফুল ইসলাম মাসুদ, মামলায় বজ্ঞি জলো জজ তথ্য মন্ত্রণালয়কে লগ্যিাল নোটশি পাঠানোর নর্দিশে প্রদান করনে।
মামলা দায়রে শষেে অভযিুক্ত আসামীদরে দৃষ্টান্তমূলক শাস্তরি দাবতিে তৃণমূল নোয়াখালীবাসীর অংশগ্রহণে হাজারো মানুষরে ঢল নামে শহররে টাইন হল মোড় সংলগ্ন প্রধান সড়ক।ে হাজারো জনতার উপস্থতিতিে সখোনে মানববন্ধন,র্ যালি এবং বক্ষিোভ সমাবশে করা হয়।

মানববন্ধনে বক্তারা বলনে, স্ম্যাক আজাদ তার নর্মিতি নাটকে আমাদরে প্রানরে নোয়াখালীর ইতহিাস-ঐতহ্যি, ভাষা ও সংস্কৃতকিে অত্যন্ত বকিৃত ভাবে উপস্থাপন করছেে সমগ্র বাঙ্গালী জাতরি সামন,ে যা সর্ম্পূণভাবে উদ্দশ্যে প্রণোদতি।
যে নাটকে প্রকৃতভাবে আমাদরে নোয়াখালী কোনো দৃশ্যপট ফুটে উঠনে,িদখোনো হয়নি নোয়াখালীর বীর সন্তানদরেকওে, ফুটয়িে তোলা হয়নি নোয়াখালীর শত বছররে পুরনো ইতহিাস, ঐতহ্যি কংিবা সংস্কৃতকি।ে
শুধু তাই নয়, উক্ত নাটকে রাজপথে নোয়াখালীর তরুণদরে বভিাগ আন্দোলনকে শুধুই ফাতরামি বলে উল্লখে করা হয়ছে।ে যা নোয়াখালীর তরুণ প্রজম্ম সহ সকল শ্রণেী পশোর মানুষরে হৃদয়কে দারুন ভাবে ক্ষতবক্ষিত ও আহত করছেে.
