নোয়াখালীর কোম্পানীগঞ্জ উপজেলা যুব উন্নয়ন কর্মকর্তা আ.ক.ম মহসিনকে তার পদ থেকে বরখাস্ত করা হয়েছে। যুব উন্নয়ন অধিদপ্তরের মহা-পরিচালকের ৩১ডিসেম্বর স্মাক্ষরিত স্মারক নং-৩৪.০১.০০০০.০০৭.২৭.০৩৩.২০১৯-১৭৬ নং এর আদেশ মূলে তাকে সরকারি ৫০ লক্ষ টাকা আত্মসাত করার উদ্দেশ্যের কর্মকান্ডের অভিযোগ প্রমাণিত হওয়ায় এ বরখাস্ত আদেশ দেয়া হয়।
নোয়াখালী যুব উন্নয়ন অধিদপ্তরের ভারপ্রাপ্ত উপপরিচালক, জসিম উদ্দিন আহমেদ খান কোম্পানীগঞ্জ উপজেলা যুব উন্নয়ন কর্মকর্তা আ.ক.ম মহসিনকে বরখাস্তের সত্যতা নিশ্চিত করেন।
কোম্পানীগঞ্জ উপজেলা যুব উন্নয়ন কর্মকর্তা আ.ক.ম মহসিন, নোয়াখালী জেলা যুব উন্নয়ন অধিদপ্তরের উপ-পরিচালক ও কোম্পানীগঞ্জ উপজেলা যুব উন্নয়ন অধিদপ্তরের ক্যাশিয়ার ছাবিনা ইয়াছমিনের স্বাক্ষর জালপূর্বক সরকারি ৫০ লক্ষ টাকা আত্মসাতের উদ্দেশ্যে গত ১৭ নভেম্বর ২০১৯ তারিখে একই ব্যাংকে তার নিজ নামিয় চলমান সঞ্চয়ী হিসাব নং-২৬০৭-০৩১১০৮৪৭০-০ তে ¯’ানান্তর করেন। পরে বিভিন্ন মেয়াদে মহসিন উক্ত সঞ্চয়ী হিসাব হতে ২১লক্ষ টাকা উত্তোলন পূর্বক আত্মসাত করেন। প্রক্রিয়াগত ভাবে অর্থ আত্মসাতের অভিযোগ বিভাগীয় প্রাথমিক তদন্তে প্রমানিত হয়েছে। তার অসৎ উদ্দেশ্যে এ ধরনের অপকর্মের কারণে সরকারি কর্মচারী (শৃংখলা ও আপিল) বিধিমালা ২০১৮ এর ১২ (১) বিধি অনুসারে কোম্পানীগঞ্জ উপজেলা যুব উন্নয়ন কর্মকর্তা আ.ক.ম মহসিনকে সরকারি চাকুরী হতে বরখাস্ত করা হয়েছে। আদেশে উল্লেখ করা হয় জনস্বার্থে এ আদেশ জারী করা হলো।
প্রসঙ্গত, নোয়াখালীর কোম্পানীগঞ্জ উপজেলার যুব উন্নয়ন অধিদপ্তর বাংলাদেশ কৃষি ব্যাংক বসুরহাট শাখায় যুব উন্নয়ন কর্মকর্তা আ ক ম মহসিন ও ক্যাশিয়ার ছাবিনা ইয়াছমিনের যৌথ স্বাক্ষরে চলতি হিসাব নং-২৬০৭-০২১০০০৪৭২৮ পরিচালিত হ”েছ। গত ৫ নভেম্বর তারিখে ক্লিয়ারিং হাউজের মাধ্যমে বাংলাদেশ কৃষি ব্যাংকের ¯’ানীয় মূখ্য শাখা হতে ভুল বশত ৫০ লক্ষ টাকা উক্ত চলতি হিসাবে ¯’ানান্তর জমা করা হয়। ওই টাকা আ.ক.ম মহসিন কৃষি ব্যাংক বসুরহাট শাখায় নিজ ব্যাক্তিগত একাউন্টে আত্মসাতের উদ্দেশ্যে ¯’ানান্তর করেন।
উপজেলা যুব উন্নয়ন কর্মকর্তা আ.ক.ম মহসিন মুঠোফোনে জানান, আমি শুনেছি, তবে বরখাস্তের আদেশের অফিস কপি এখনও হাতে পাইনি।

Noakhali's Companyiganj Upazila Youth Development Officer AKM Mohsin has been dismissed from his post. The order was issued by the Director General of Youth Development, Memorandum No.1.1.1.126.24.25 dated December 6, which was dismissed as it was proved to be an alleged motive for embezzling Tk 5 lakh from the government.
Acting Deputy Director of Noakhali Youth Development Department, Jasim Uddin Ahmed Khan confirmed the dismissal of Company Development Ganj Upazila Youth Development Officer AKM Mohsin.
Company Signature Upazila Youth Development Officer AKM Mohsin, Deputy Director of Noakhali District Youth Development Department and Shabina Yasmin, cashier of Companyiganj Upazila Youth Development Department, signed the same bank on November 7 with the intention of seizing Rs. Transfer 1 to No.23-5-1. Later on, Mohsin surrendered with a withdrawal of Tk 20 lakh from the savings account. The allegations of money laundering in a procedural manner have been proved in the department's preliminary investigation. Due to such misconduct for his dishonesty, the company employees were suspended from the government job as a result of Rule 20 (3) of Rule 20 (3), and the company development officer AKM Mohsin was dismissed from government service. The order referred to the order in the public interest.
Concerning this, the current account number-25- 1226 has been conducted under the joint signature of Youth Development Officer AA Mohsin and Chabina Yashmin of Cashier at Bangladesh Agriculture Bank Basurhat branch of Company Development Ganj upazila of Noakhali. On 1st November, a clear deposit of Tk 1 lakh was deposited through the clearing house from the '1 main branch of Bangladesh Agricultural Bank' as the current one. The money was transferred to AKM Mohsin Krishi Bank Bank Basurhat branch for the purpose of surrendering to his personal account.
Upazila Youth Development Officer AK Mohsin said on the phone, "I have heard, but I have not yet received the office copy of the dismissal order."
